Who we are

feeltime is a project of Konstantin Varik, an independent maker (autónomo) in Spain. Write to hello@feeltime.es about anything on this page.

What we keep

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address, the language of the page and the date you signed up. We send one email to confirm the address. If you don’t confirm it within 7 days, we delete it. To stop abuse of the form, we count sign-ups per salted hash of your IP address for one hour; we don’t store the address itself.

Why

To write to you when the first batch opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where

On Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Emails go out through Amazon SES in the EU. Amazon processes the data for us and nobody else gets it.

How long

Until you remove yourself, or until the project ends and we delete the list.

Your rights

Every email from us has a link that removes you from the list. You can also write to hello@feeltime.es to see, correct or delete your data. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection agency, AEPD.

What we don’t do

No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no trackers. The fonts load from this site, not from a third party. We don’t sell or share your data.
